  Two stars, but with the caveat that they do more with those two stars than some restaurants do with 5.
  
  True to its name, this is hands down the tiniest, grimiest, rudest, most slovenly establishment I've ever patronised. But that's kind of their thing. Locals love this hole in the wall because you can get a pack of three hotdogs, with the works, for $1.89.
  
  And it's delicious.
  
  I would never recommend this place to folks traveling in the area, or visit for a special occasion, but after a long week at work, when I'm too tired to cook, with no money in my checking account, and only five bucks in my pocket, you can be sure that you'll find me at the Dog Shack.
